Exhibitions Day, now in its second year, raises awareness of the exhibitions and events industry among federal legislators and is an opportunity for direct engagement with members of Congress and their staff to help foster a greater understanding of our industry and the impact it has on their states and districts, as well as the impact of key policy issues.

Monday, June 8

2:30 – 4:30 pm  Orientation at the Capital Hilton (all attendees)

4:30 – 6:00 pm  Reception at the Capital Hilton (all attendees)

Tuesday, June 9

7:00 – 9:00 am  Continental Breakfast at the Capital Hilton Pan American Room (all attendees)

7:45 am  Shuttles Begin (all attendees)

8:30 am Appointments on Capitol Hill Begin! (all attendees)

4:00 – 6:00 pm  Appointment Celebration Meet Up (location TBD)

    Questions questions … 1. Was it considered to partner for NMAID and combine these? 2. Who sponsors this? 3. Is it open to anyone in the industry? 4. Who does the orientation? 5. How are people with mobility issues accommodated? Or those with hearing or sight limitations? Thanks.
